Service Etiquette
Relaxgo connects you with professional massage therapists. We always strive to offer the highest quality of service for our customers. All services found on Relaxgo are entirely therapeutic and strictly non-sexual.

Before your treatment is due to start
Please have at least two clean towels available for use. These will be laid on the massage table and over your body during the treatment.
Please have a space prepared where you would like your treatment to take place. We recommend preparing a space with a sofa or a lounge chair. Alternatively if you had a massage table, please have some space ready for the therapist to set this up.

On Arrival
Your therapist will arrive on time, so please make sure you're at your chosen location at the time you have booked.
In the unlikely event that your therapist is running late or has problems finding your address, you will be notified by the Relaxgo customer service team or by the therapist directly.
Please show your therapist where you'd like your treatment to take place and allow them to step outside so you can get undressed in privacy – you can undress to a level you are comfortable with but you are required to wear your underwear at all times during your treatment.
Requests to be inappropriately uncovered will not be tolerated. Your therapist will re-enter the room once you are ready.

During the Session
Your therapist will ask you a few simple questions so they can tailor your treatment to your needs and understand any areas that you want the session to be focussed on.
Please make your therapist aware of any injuries or allergies you have so they can adapt the treatment accordingly.
Your therapist will check the pressure with you as the treatment is ongoing but feel free to communicate your preferences. Please note that for deep tissue and sports massages it is common to incur moderate pain which will subside after 24-48 hours.

After the Session
It is recommended that you have a treatment every 2 to 4 weeks to maintain a balanced mind and body. You can simply re-book via the Relaxgo app – you can rebook the same therapist directly if you would like to.

Late Cancellation Charges
In the unlikely event your plans change and you wish to cancel your booking, the appointment cancellation policy is as follows:
· 6 to 2 hours before treatment: 30%of the treatment value
· Within 2 hours of the treatment: 100% of the treatment value
The appointment cancellation policy is designed to protect the relationship between you and your therapist - we understand that plans can change quickly.
Should you make a mistake in your booking, you have a 10 minute grace period after submitting your booking where you can cancel without any charges.

Booking Amendments
Booking amendments such as time and location will be subject to the above cancellation policy. If you wish to give your therapist additional instructions these are free of charge.

Prices and Opening hours
All prices quoted on the app are full and final – we believe in transparency so we have no hidden fees.
You can book treatments between 10:00am to 10:00pm, 7 days a week.
